1. The phone plugged into the remote control accessory is unresponsive, and infrared is not detected
Bluetooth accessories: (1) Insert the product -> Turn on the Bluetooth of the phone (no need to wait for search and connection) -> Then open the remote control wizard APP -> Three horizontal menus in the upper left corner -> Plus sign in the upper left corner -> Smart -> Add BLE-Lightning accessories, and then match home appliances. (2) Bluetooth is turned on still prompts that Bluetooth is not turned on, in this case, Bluetooth should be authorized to the remote control wizard APP, go to the mobile phone settings to search for the remote control wizard and open the Bluetooth access permission. If the above operation or prompt The infrared device has not been detected, remove the phone case, shut down and restart it.
Audio accessories: If the Apple phone appears Plugged in with a pop-up window but not properly adapted, the indicator light does not flash when pairing the button. Open Phone Settings (1) Turn off Settings -> Auxiliary -> Audio Vision -> Mono Audio; (2) Turn off Settings -> Music -> Equalizer (the above settings are turned off by default); When using the device, the volume of the mobile phone is set to about 80%, do not make calls, voice calls, listen to songs, use Bluetooth headsets, etc. occupy the audio channel.
2. Accessories can be identified but do not match the remote control code
[Make sure it is physically pointed] Make sure that the remote control accessory is pointed at the infrared receiving window of the appliance to be remoted. For the first match, please be close to some appliances and make sure it is within 3m.
[Find remote control code] If you can find the brand you need, please match it patiently. If the first switch cannot open the appliance, click Next, X or No Response, continue pairing the next group until the appliance can be turned on, then test the other buttons, and finally click "OK" to successfully add a remote control. If it does not match, please go to the appliance type selection page and click "Search". If you can't find the brand you need, please click Search, select User Library, select appliance type + select all brands + enter the brand name you want to search.
3. Some keys of the matched remote control code cannot be used
This indicates that the remote control accessory or built-in remote control is effective, but the most suitable remote control has not been found at the moment. It is recommended to rematch, skip the last selected remote control code, and continue to look backwards for the appropriate remote control code.
If you have the original remote control, you can also use the DIY self-learning function of Tianjia Android remote control accessories to learn a complete remote control, and the learned remote control signal can be used by the built-in infrared remote control head of the mobile phone.
If you don't have an original remote and can't learn the remote, you can choose to continue using your current remote and then try to find a more appropriate remote in a few weeks, while you wait, there may already be other users who have learned to upload the remote you need.
4. Didn't find my appliance brand
App will only display common brands, if you don't have the brand you want, it doesn't mean there is no remote control code. We ask you to search on the appliance type selection page, click Search, select User Library, select appliance type + select all brands + enter the brand name you want.
If you can't find remote, please use Chinese or English to search; or try another appliance type (currently remote control for CD, VCD, MP3, VCR, VCS, DVR, AVR and other video/audio devices is placed in DVD or Amplifier).
5. Usefull Skills
Some operations can be achieved through long press or left scroll, for example, if you want to delete a remote control, you can scroll to left in the remote control list view to delete it.
